Seven on Bevan offers two stunning cottages available on a nightly or monthly rate. The owner lives on site. The cottages are ideal for longer stays especially for corporate travellers who commute to Johannesburg. Servicing 3 days per wee, free WiFi and all DStv channels enhance our guest's stay in Rivonia. We are located within the Rivonia Valley Road Closure and are a short distance from Sandton City, Montecasino, Fourways Mall, Mall of Africa, Rivonia Road interchange, and the Sunninghill and Morningside hospitals.

Each cottage has a private entrance, lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, a separate bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and an alarm system. Air conditioning in summer and underfloor heating for winter enhance your comfort.

HOW TO FIND US

We are located in the quiet and secure Rivonia Valley – a boomed community in Rivonia only a few hundred metres from Rivonia Boulevard and less than 8km from the Sandton Business District. The N1 Western Bypass/Rivonia Road junction is just 2km from us. Lanseria Internation Airport is 26.7km away and Oliver Tambo International Airport is 31.4km away.

FROM OR TAMBO

Follow R24 towards JHB
Follow N3 north towards Pretoria
Follow N1 south towards Roodepoort (Bloemfontein)
Take Rivonia off ramp and head south on Rivonia Road towards Sandton
Turn left into 10th Avenue (+/- 1km from highway - Town Lodge situated on your right at this intersection).
Follow 10th Avenue over first 4-way stop and second 4-way stop, through a security boom.
At the stop street turn right into Bevan Road.
Turn right into the 3rd driveway on the right hand side.

FROM SANDTON CITY

Follow Rivonia Road, heading north towards the N1 highway.
Turn right off Rivonia Road into 10th Avenue. Town Lodge situated on your left at this intersection.
Follow 10th Avenue over first 4-way stop and second 4-way stop, through a security boom.
At the stop street turn right into Bevan Road.
Turn right into the 3rd driveway on the right hand side.
